How much advance notice do you need for an order?
Standard orders need 3 days notice. Larger or custom-flavor orders — weddings, events — are best booked 2+ weeks out to guarantee your date.
Do you offer delivery outside of Chicago?
Currently, we only offer delivery within Chicago city limits. Local delivery outside these limits may be available for larger orders — mention your address in the order request and we'll confirm.
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
We can note gluten-free, nut-free, or other requests on your order. Since everything is baked fresh in a shared kitchen, let us know in your message or order form so we can advise on options and cross-contact risk.
Do you require a deposit for custom orders?
Custom and bulk orders require a deposit to confirm your date, with the balance due at delivery. We'll walk you through the exact amount when we confirm your order.

We strive to use locally sourced ingredients whenever possible to support our community.
